Vinification: Manual harvest (lots of selective picking of grapes necessary). The wines are made and students pick the grapes in a great celebratory mood during a year. The barrels of oak in summer are carefully selected (grain end). Tasting: The splendid aromas, fruits, flowers, life and riches. Sémillon offers power. Sauvignon gives a touch of freshness and acidity.
