Situation: Situated on the right bank of the gironde, Château Charron’s 18 hectares face the medoc region.


Grape Variety: 70% Sémillon 30% Sauvignon


Soil composition: Very rich soil, it benefits from perfect drainage with extra display of excellent vines.


Vinification: Manual harvest (lots of selective picking of grapes necessary). The wines are made and students pick the grapes in a great celebratory mood during a year. The barrels of oak in summer are carefully selected (grain end).


Tasting: The splendid aromas, fruits, flowers, life and riches. Sémillon offers power. Sauvignon gives a touch of freshness and acidity.


Drinking suggestions: Excellent with white meat, fish, shellfish and goats cheese.
