Grape Variety: Merlot 90%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%



Soil composition: Its perfectly drained clay-lime soil benefits from magnificent South, South-East exposure.



Vinification: The fully matured grape undergoes 6 weeks of fermentation for 8 to 9 months depending on the vintage.



Tasting: Supple and elegant thanks to its majority Merlot content, this wine made from the property’s young expresses its fruit particularly well due to maturing in vats. Fine wine with beautiful length on the palate making it the ideal companion for a lively meal.
